- Identity Verification Records: Government-issued identification documents submitted voluntarily for creator verification under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, encrypted and retained in restricted-access compliance repositories.

We apply industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed using Argon2/Bcrypt. We retain account data as long as your account remains active or as required by statutory recordkeeping mandates (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257).
8. Protection of Minors
Nina.Sucks is strictly an adult community for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data from minors. Any accounts belonging to or depicting minors are terminated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.
